● After you have waited about 30 seconds for the operating system to receive the commands and start processing them, we must type "Exit" and press enter.

● Once you have pressed enter, the dialog will close. At this point we just have to restart the computer and check that the problem is solved.

In some Windows 7 operating systems the Err_Connection_Timed_Out may persist and it is quite annoying, however it has a solution which we explain below:

● First we will open our computer menu and search for " Control Panel ", Once opened, we will identify the section" Networks and the Internet ”And we will click.

● Within " Networks and the Internet " we will look for the "Network and Shared Resources Center", where we will click on " change the configuration of the network card ". 

● Next, we need to select our network card, by clicking the left mouse button, we click "View properties" in the options list.

● From the options shown, select “Internet Protocol Version 4”, which will open one new dialog box in which we click again on "properties".

● In the new dialog box that appears we will enter the following DNS server addresses: in the alternate DNS server;, likewise in alternate DNS. We press accept and restart the computer again to verify that the problem was Resolved.
